Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The room was comfortable and big , the windows didn't cover the whole window so we woke up early. Breakfast is tasty . Hotel's staff were nice and willing to help and answer questions. The restaurant was great too.

We had a nice stay while having a 3 day business trip in Bratislava. The hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful,rooms were very clean and nice and cosy. Theres one small elevator and the breakfast is great. Kitchen cuisine serves great slovakian dishes. Location is the best! (in the centre of old town, not sure though how to solve parking issue..)

Great location just off the old town square. Friendly staff and the rooms were comfortable. Happy with our choice for a 2 night stay. The only negative was the breakfast finished at half 9 which was a bit early for us!

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, great, well furnished and comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. Location is excellent too, just of Old Town Square. I have stayed several times and keep returning. During this stay I must tell you that one of the staff... Ivan... went well above and beyond the call of duty, and really helped me out of a problem I had. A million thanks to you for that Ivan... to the hotel owners... you have a gem of an employee there!

Ristorante dell'hotel Perugia in stile casalingo con tipica cucina Slovacca, ambiente confortevole e servizio buono e veloce, piatti abbondanti e gustosi a buon prezzo. La bistecca di cervo che ho assaggiato era buona cosi' come i salumi dell'antipasto.

The room was great and included a small balcony. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. There was a leaking problem with the bathroom sink that left a bad odor. This wasn't a big problem, since we stayed just 1 day. Guests get discount on the restaurant as well. It has a small elevator.

+ Everything. The staff was very helpful and both check-in and check-out process were easy and quick. The rooms are just great, very comfortable, good bathroom. Our room was very clean. Beds are great, so your back is not going to hurt. The hotel itself is in dead city center, basically everything is very near it and that is a huge bonus. Absolutely recommended! Will come back again for sure! - Parking is a bit of a problem - the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, so there is no free parking. You can park your car in a near public garage which is a bit costly (3 EUR/hour) but you can pay 20 EUR / day in hotel because they have a contract with them. The only issue I see is with getting your stuff from a car to hotel, especially if you come with a family. Other than that, there is no single thing I can mention as a negative thing.

This is a lovely hotel just a couple of minutes walk from the Town hall and St. Michael's gate. Room was nicely decorated and good size. Comfortable beds and linens. Bathroom was clean, modern fixtures, good quality toiletries. Our favorite part of the hotel was their restaurant, with delicious food, very affordable prices and friendly staff. WiFi signal was reliable. Great value for our money :)

Velmi příjemný hotel na ideálním místě v centru Bratislavy. Personál vždy usměvavý a ochotný poradit, pokoje velmi příjemně zařízené a vždy čísté. Restaurace vaří výborná jídla. Mohu doporučit všem, kteří jedou do Bratislavy za prací nebo za odpočinkem. Budu se určitě vracet!
